Rush fees for yard sign rentals are not just a penalty for waiting too long. They reflect the extra planning, inventory prep, routing, and schedule pressure that short-notice celebration installs create.

It is easy to think of a rush fee as a simple last-minute charge. With yard sign rentals, though, the fee is tied to the work that has to happen quickly before a display ever reaches the yard. A personalized sign is not usually sitting fully assembled and ready to drop off. The letters, colors, graphics, stakes, route, timing, and yard conditions all have to be handled for that specific customer, and short notice compresses all of that into a much smaller window.
